These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of:

  • the Upgradors mobile applications,
  • the Upgradors website at Upgradors,
  • and related services provided by Upgradors (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using Upgradors, you agree to these Terms.

If you downloaded Upgradors from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA)

Educational Use

Upgradors provides educational games, videos, songs, and learning activities for children in grades K–6.

The app is intended for use:

  • by children with parent, guardian, teacher, or school involvement,
  • and by adults supporting children’s learning.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features of Upgradors may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through:

  • Apple App Store
  • or Google Play

are managed by those platforms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the user’s Apple or Google account settings.

Pricing and availability may change over time.

Local Device Storage

Upgradors stores learning progress locally on the device.

We do not guarantee that progress can be restored if:

  • the app is deleted,
  • the device is replaced,
  • or the device is reset.

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • copy or redistribute app content without permission,
  • attempt to interfere with app functionality,
  • misuse the website or services,
  • or use Upgradors for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual Property

All Upgradors content, including:

  • graphics,
  • characters,
  • videos,
  • songs,
  • lessons,
  • games,
  • logos,
  • and software,

is owned by or licensed to Upgradors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Platforms

Upgradors may rely on third-party services and platforms including Apple and Google.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer

Upgradors is provided “as is” and “as available.”

While we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences, we do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability,
  • error-free operation,
  • or specific educational outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upgradors will not be liable for:

  • indirect,
  • incidental,
  • special,
  • or consequential damages

arising from use of the app, website, or services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Upgradors after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
